Shipping Policy

At Pine Street Vintage Boutique, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently within the United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fee & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99
  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 5 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and other reliable delivery partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • A valid residential or commercial address is required

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the order details and shipping information provided at checkout.  If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing it.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all order information, including shipping address, contact details, and selected products, is accurate before submitting the order.

Pine Street Vintage Boutique is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If changes are needed, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
