Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
If the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the return shipping label will be provided at no cost.
For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pinestreetvintageboutique.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions once your request is approved.
Returns must be shipped back by mail. Once approved, you will receive a return label that can be downloaded and printed.
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $7.99 for U.S. orders.
Standard shipping transit time is usually 2–3 business days after processing. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.
