Return & Refund Policy

At Pine Street Vintage Boutique, we want you to love every dress you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is not marked as final sale

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@pinestreetvintageboutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent by mail.

  • A return label will be provided for download and printing after the return request is approved.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, the return label can be used at no additional cost.

  • For returns due to customer change of mind, no longer needing the item, or reasons not caused by our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
