Cancellation Policy

At Pine Street Vintage Boutique, we understand that plans may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests and order modification requests are handled for purchases made through our website.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after the order has been successfully placed.

After this period, orders may already enter processing or shipment preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your cancellation request

Requests must be submitted through our customer support email before the 6-hour cancellation window expires.

Please note that cancellation requests are not considered approved until confirmation is provided by our support team.

Order Changes & Modifications

Requests to update shipping information, adjust quantities, or modify products may also be submitted within 6 hours after placing the order.

Once an order enters processing, changes may no longer be possible.

To request an order modification, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The correction or update needed
  • Any related order details

Our team will review the request and confirm whether adjustments can still be made before fulfillment begins.

When Cancellations or Changes Cannot Be Accepted

Cancellation or modification requests cannot be accepted if:

  • The order has already been processed
  • The order has already been packed for shipment
  • Shipping documentation has been generated
  • The package has already been transferred to the shipping carrier

If this occurs, the order may still qualify under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after confirmation.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
